Operating instructions:
- Refer to the illustration to pull out the straw and bubble connector in sequence, and save the bubble connector.
- Insert the straw directly into the small hole in the head
- Turn counterclockwise to remove the foam nozzle
- Install the water spray nozzle by rotating it clockwise
Operation instructions:
- Refer to the manual to seal the film in sequence, and install the nozzle on the pothead.
- Turn the beginning counterclockwise
- Adjust the water and detergent according to the appropriate ratio and stir evenly (you can tighten the sprayer head and shake the sprayer body up and down). In winter, the solution can be debugged with warm water not exceeding 40°C to facilitate the solution’s dissolution. (Note: For ordinary car wash liquids, the ratio of detergent to water is 1:50 or 1:100 (20ml car wash liquid is about 1 litre of water). The ratio of different detergents is not the same, and the user needs to debug and test by himself.)
- Put the sprayer head back into the sprayer body and tighten it.
- Twitch the pull rod up and down to apply pressure to the sprayer body. When there is strong resistance, stop pressurizing.
- Aim at the object to be sprayed and press the switch to start working. When the spray pressure decreases, you can continue pumping and move the pull rod to inflate to ensure continuous spraying.
- After the work is completed, unscrew the sprayer head, pour out the remaining liquid in the sprayer, and clean it.
Troubleshooting methods:
Fault phenomenon | Cause of issue | Solution |
Cannot pressurize | The spray head is not tightened | Tighten the pothead |
Air cylinder loose | Tighten the air cylinder
The O-ring on the inside of the pothead is not positioned correctly | Check the O-ring on the pothead. Is it in the correct position?
Damaged O-ring on the inside of the air cylinder | Replace O-ring
There is enough pressure in the sprayer, no spray or only weak foam is sprayed out | Nozzle clogged | Unscrew the nozzle, check and clean |
The solution concentration is too high | Add water to reduce the concentration
The solution concentration is too low | Add detergent to increase concentration
The detergent and water are not mixed evenly | Stir evenly or shake the sprayer up and down |
