Autofresh.in is very sure about the quality of Detailmax X10, X5, X-Matt and X-Black Paint Protection Film products and that they are free from any defects arising from the manufacturing process. The warranty covers a range of defects such as discolouration, cracking, blistering, delaminating, excessive colour change or yellowing, and staining. These defects must only be relatable to the manufacturing process.

This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, damage caused by road debris impact, accidents or collisions, watermarks, scratches, any kind of intentional damage, or where the proper aftercare instructions have not been followed. This warranty excludes coverage for errors in installation or expertise, failure to comply with the Company’s guidelines and instructions, improper storage and handling of the product, application on repainted panels, and application on surfaces other than clear-coated car panels. The warranty provided applies exclusively to non-commercial vehicles and is not transferable to other parties.

During the warranty period, the company reserves the right to remove or replace the product, at its discretion and without any cost, in the event of a manufacturing defect that solely causes the product to underperform as per the warranty terms within the Warranty Period.

To claim the product warranty, the purchaser should first contact our customer support for assistance at customercare@autofresh.in within 30 days of delivery.

To avail of the warranty service, the purchaser has to submit the proof of purchase and the warranty card.
